Services
Mariya Design offers branding and design services as outlined in our website. All provided services are covered by these terms and by agreed-upon conditions, on a project-to-project basis, with deadlines, pricing and confidentiality approved at the time of engagement.
Intellectual Property
All text, design, graphics and other elements on this website are an intellectual property of Mariya Design. You are not allowed to use, reproduce or distribute any content from this site and/or of our work without our express written permission. Anything created by Mariya Design, together with its associated materials and resources, remains an intellectual property of Mariya Design unless paid in full and explicitly transferred by us in writing.
Payments and Refunds
Payments: Payment terms will be agreed and confirmed prior to the commencement of any project. A deposit or full upfront payment is required in order for us to begin working on any task.
Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our services and their scheduling, refunds in general are not to be provided. If justified, partial refunds may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Mariya Design is not to be held liable for any damages that may arise from the improper use of our website and/or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential. Clients have the obligation to adhere to local and international laws, rules and policies.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and their respective application are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and/or our website and/or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
