The Cost of Redesigning the Wrong Things.
Most established brands do not need a complete teardown. They need clarity about what is working, what is weakening the brand and what genuinely needs to change.
When brands experience visual drift, declining perceived value or inconsistent packaging, founders often rush into expensive rebrands.
Without a detailed review, they risk discarding elements that already carry recognition, redesigning things that were not causing the problem and recreating the same inconsistencies several months later.
The Strategic Brand Audit reduces that uncertainty and helps prevent unnecessary redesign costs.
A Detailed Review Across Every Brand Touchpoint
I evaluate the brand across four critical areas to identify where consistency, recognition or perceived value is being weakened.
01.
Visual & Packaging Integrity
• Consistency of print finishes and packaging materials
• Multi-SKU label and box hierarchy
• Typography, legibility and visual discipline
• Color consistency across print and digital applications
02.
Digital Presence & Customer Touchpoints
• Website hierarchy and design-system gaps
• Consistency between e-commerce, social media and physical materials
• Conversion and usability friction
• Alignment between the digital experience and the intended brand position
03.
Market & Category Perception
• Perceived value compared with actual pricing
• Visual differentiation from category competitors
• Shelf and screen presence
• Whether the identity reflects the quality and direction of the business
04.
System Rules & Implementation
• Ambiguity during supplier and vendor handoffs
• Asset organization and ease of use
• Gaps in brand standards
• Repeated decisions that depend on founder approval
Protecting the Recognition You Have Already Built
A rebrand should not destroy the visual recognition a company has spent years establishing.
The purpose of the Audit is not to sell an unnecessary overhaul. It is to identify the level of intervention the brand actually requires.
If the current identity only needs typography adjustments, packaging standards or clearer digital rules, that is what the report will recommend.
If the underlying identity no longer supports the business, you will receive a clear explanation of why a more complete rebuild should be considered.
“The audit helped bring much more clarity to the overall direction of the brand. It was professional, detailed, and strategically focused rather than just surface-level visual feedback.”
— Vivian H., Founder Black Parrot Coffee
A Clear Report You Can Act On

The Five-Day Audit Process.
The process is structured, detailed and completely asynchronous.
Day 01 — Intake & Asset Submission
You complete a structured questionnaire and provide the existing brand assets, packaging files, printer proofs and relevant digital links.
Days 02–03 — Detailed Brand Review
I review the files, evaluate typography and color consistency, compare applications and assess the brand against its category and intended position.
Day 04 — Findings & Recommendations
I organize the findings into the Preserve, Refine or Rebuild Matrix and prepare the recommended sequence of next steps.
Day 05 — Delivery & Asynchronous Q&A
You receive the complete Audit Report through a secure link, followed by three business days of asynchronous Q&A for clarification.
A Lower-Risk First Step Toward The Vault
If the Audit shows that the brand requires a complete identity-system rebuild and you commission The Vault within 30 days of receiving the report, the full €1,100 Audit fee is credited toward the project.
You do not pay twice for the same diagnosis and discovery work.
